If for any reason your not happy with the outcome of your award, we will refund you if it is within 7 days after delivery, the award must be sent back to us first in order for us to process your refund, you will have 7 days after receiving the award to send it back to us for a full refund. We can not provide a refund if 7 days has passed after delivery.
If your award is lost in the mail or never delivered for any reason, please contact us and we will be happy to assist in replacing it or providing a full refund.
